The most highly anticipated luxury condominium in Tysons Corner just opened its doors.
Monarch—a striking 20-story addition to the Tysons skyline boasting expansive views in all directions—is the only new high-rise condominium development in the area and, as a luxury property, is in a category of its own.
Following an extremely successful presale during which over 70% of the new homes sold, Monarch’s remaining residences include some of the building’s most popular floor plans and most compelling views. Pricing is from $1.5M to $1.9M and three spectacularly decorated models are available for tours. Make an appointment with a Mayhood Company sales representative by emailing sales@monarchtysons.com or by calling 703-734-2020.
Encased in a glass curtain, the residences at Monarch are drenched in natural light (thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and ten-foot ceilings). Interiors are incredibly spacious and contemporary, with details like Kährs hardwood floors and recessed lighting, and high-end finishes including Miele appliances and ItalKraft cabinetry. Residences also include sizable terraces or expansive balconies, and some include direct-entry elevators.
Monarch welcomes residents with an impressive entrance and reception lobby with a concierge staff and 24-hour front desk. An amenity level offers a large social room, an outdoor terrace for entertainment, grilling and dining, and a full-sized pool for the exclusive use of residents. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, EV charging stations, a private penthouse-level dining room, a clubroom with a catering kitchen, a pet spa and a hotel-like hospitality suite that residents can reserve for guests.
Shared outdoor spaces include a garden terrace and landscaped gardens. The property overlooks Arbor Row Stream Valley Park where residents will enjoy miles of trails and acres of mature trees.
Monarch is surrounded by world-class shopping at Tysons Galleria, as well as Wegmans and Capital One Hall. Restaurants like The Palm and Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse are nearby, as are entertainment venues like Wolf Trap National Park for Performing Arts. The property is also connected to everything DC has to offer via the Silver Line Metro and I-495.
Prospective buyers can get a feel for the homes by touring beautifully finished models, decorated by three distinguished designers: Brooke Moran, Roche Bobois and Mary Cook Associates.
Mary Cook Associates transformed an eighth-floor, two-bedroom residence with a family room, measuring at 1,900 square feet. “Our design approach at Monarch was curated for a sophisticated, well-travelled, and successful urban couple,” says Cook. “We sought to represent a lifestyle that one might dream of. It’s globally flavored, represents an artful eye, and truly an Internationally Urban orientation.”
Monarch is developed by Renaissance Centro and sales are being managed by the Mayhood Company. Prospective buyers can visit the property website here or can make an appointment with a Mayhood Company sales representative by emailing sales@monarchtysons.com or by calling 703-734-2020.
