Ivy City—the formerly industrial Northeast DC neighborhood that is home to a host of new restaurants, bars, much-talked about distilleries and big box stores—is now also home to a brand new condominium development. The Flats of Ivy City boasts ten modern two-level, three-bedroom homes steps from the neighborhood’s burgeoning main drag.
Each residence at The Flats of Ivy City features oversized windows, ten-foot ceilings and private, off-street entrances. Top-of-the-line finishes include custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and engineered oak hardwood flooring.
Ranging in size from 1,680 to 1,760 square feet, most of the three-bedroom homes at The Flats of Ivy City include outdoor space, either in the form of a roof deck or a courtyard, while many also feature French doors that open to Juliet balconies.
Ivy City is buzzing with new development and boasts a slew of recently opened restaurants. Visit Ivy City Smokehouse for low key bites and live music; La Puerta Verde for an ode to Mexican culture and cuisine; pidzza for a Turkish take on pizza; or Ari’s Dinner for American comfort food. TJ Maxx, Mom’s Organic Market, Atlas Brew Works, Republic Restoratives Distillery, Jos. A Magnus & Co, Nike, Planet Fitness, Bikram Hot Yoga, Crossfit Hierarchy and Green Hat Gin are all within two blocks of The Flats. Ivy City will also soon welcome Gravitas (deemed as one of the city’s most hotly anticipated restaurant openings by the Washington Post and Zagat), and a brand new Target store.
Pricing for The Flats of Ivy City starts at $524,900. For more information, visit the property online here or contact McWilliams|Ballard Sales Manager Lily Yoseph by email at lyoseph@mcwb.com or by phone at 202.550.6064.
