This week’s Deal of the Week is a three-bedroom house in Chevy Chase that is considered a good deal even by other real estate professionals in the area. Originally listed for $760,000, the price has dropped about $60,000 since May. An agent (who is not affiliated with the property, but works in the neighborhood) said that this is the best deal for a three-bedroom property in Chevy Chase in a long time.
The home has hardwood floors throughout and a ton of windows which makes places like the sunroom a great place to sit in the summer. The bedrooms are not huge, but large enough to be comfortable. The home has a large back deck and yard, and is just a short walk from Chevy Chase Circle. More photos and info below. For the full listing, click here.
