Tribeca Comes to NoMa: 99 Condominiums Planned for New York Avenue

More large-scale residential development is planned for the NoMa neighborhood.
Urban Investment Partners (UIP), Kadida Development, United Investments and Alliance Development have teamed up on a by-right condominium project not far from the intersection of New York Avenue and Florida Avenue NE. The tentatively named Tribeca will be located at 39-41 New York Avenue NE (map) will have 99 residences.

There will be on-site parking and amenities that will include a fitness center, storage units, and a rooftop terrace which could have a lounge, grilling stations, and a place for outdoor movies, although those details are still to be determined.
"NoMa has been flooded with rental product, but we see an opportunity for a high-end, boutique condo building." UIP Vice President Brook Katzen told UrbanTurf.
While plans are still being fleshed out for the project, construction could begin by early 2019. Torti Gallas is the architect.
