The Villages at Dakota Crossing is a brand new collection of townhomes built by Ryan Homes and developed by Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation Development. Located in Northeast DC just off New York Avenue (map) and a few minutes’ drive from Capitol Hill, the Central Business District and the Beltway, the community is extremely well-located and convenient — especially in light of its proximity to the new Costco, which is among an array of amenities that will make The Village a destination of its own.
The Shops at Dakota Crossing, The Village’s on-site commercial hub, recently celebrated the grand opening of DC’s first Costco Wholesale, in addition to a variety of “main street”-style independent shops and restaurants. Also soon to come at The Village are a handful of recreation amenities, including a community center, a swimming pool, pocket parks and tennis courts.
The Villages at Dakota Crossing are available in a variety of townhome designs with up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths; one- or two-car garages; and spacious lofts for entertaining. Included in all new homes at The Villages at Dakota Crossing are high-end features like granite kitchen countertops, GE® appliances, hardwood kitchen flooring and finished recreation rooms. Optional features include fireplaces with entertainment alcoves and cathedral and tray ceilings.
Homes at The Villages at Dakota Crossing measure at up to 2,218 square feet of finished living space and are priced from the mid $300s. Prospective buyers will soon have the option to purchase even more space and style in the Lafayette floorplan townhome, a 2,900-square-foot property priced from the upper $400s and debuting in 2013.
