This Week’s Find is a two-bedroom co-op in Dupont Circle that is the product of a combined studio and one-bedroom unit. Renovated by a principal at Kube Architecture, the entire unit runs along the windows, so every room has an operable window and natural light (including both bathrooms). Originally purchased as a foreclosure and then completely demolished, the unit now has sliding full-height doors, wood floors throughout, and recently-installed wood windows that help with sound insulation from the street. The building has a front desk, a roof deck, a laundry room and a parking spot is available in the back of the property for rent ($125/month). More details below.
