1903 New Hampshire Avenue NW

The row houses along the eastern side of New Hampshire Avenue between U and T Streets NW rarely go on the market. In fact, This Week’s Find, a two-bedroom, three-level Victorian, is the first home on this stretch to hit the market since June 2006. The 1,700 square-foot home has a price per square foot of $462, low for the neighborhood and the block, where slightly larger homes across the street can sell for over $1 million.
