Remember The Fitz in Rockville that held an auction last month to move its remaining inventory of 40 units? The developer now has only six units left and is pricing them at the same prices that comparable units sold for at the auction. See the promotion we just received below:

These six units probably sold at the auction but for whatever reason didn’t ultimately close. That’s our conclusion based on the fact that the representative from The Fitz told us after the auction that all 40 units had sold.
According to an UrbanTurf commenter, the winning bids at the auction were:
- 1 Bedroom Units went for up to $200,000
- 2 Bedroom Units went for up to $300,000
- 2 Bedroom Lofts went for up to $330,000
- 3 Bedroom Units went for up to $330,000
See our previous coverage of the auction here.
The Fitz is located at 501 Hungerford Drive (map) close to Rockville Town Center. The sales office is closed on Wednesday and Thursday.
