One of the priciest homes in the DC area is heading towards the auction block.

201 Chain Bridge Road (map), a 20,000-square foot home in Arlington assessed at $20.3 million (and listed as the region’s third most expensive home in the May 2012 issue of Washingtonian) will be auctioned off in September.

The home, which was featured on a 2010 episode of MTV’s Teen Cribs, is flush with amenities. In addition to sitting on a 2.66-acre plot of land that overlooks the Potomac, the house comes outfitted with the following:

  • A detached guest house
  • A basketball court
  • Two gyms
  • An indoor exercise pool
  • A billiards room
  • A two-lane bowling alley
  • A movie theater
  • A 15-car underground garage
  • An outdoor swimming pool

More details on the auction, which will take place on the morning of September 27, can be found here.
