This weekend’s recommended open houses include a two-bedroom Federal row house in Georgetown, a one-bedroom condo in a Logan Circle row house and a three-bedroom fixer-upper in Silver Spring.

Traditional Two-Bedroom Federal Row House in Georgetown’s West Village

We are aware that this is a two-bedroom property listed for close to $900K, and may seem high-priced for a home of this size in DC. However, we have received a number of requests from readers to feature a home in Georgetown, and regardless of price, this one is beautiful.
