This summer, Northern Virginia’s most spacious new luxury condominiums will deliver at the highest point in Rosslyn.
Pierce is an iconic 27-story glass and stone high-rise, designed by Hickok Cole Architects, featuring 104 stunning residences. Contemporary in design, Pierce will feature living and dining areas with full-height glass windows and spectacular panoramic views of Rosslyn, the Potomac River, the National Cathedral and DC's monuments.
Pierce offers some of the largest and most livable floor plans in Northern Virginia. These homes, measuring up to 2,400 square feet, have direct access elevators, private outside space, spacious dens, oversized closets and include two parking spaces. They are unlike anything else in Northern Virginia or the Metropolitan Washington area.
"This property isn’t for everyone, it’s for someone," says Mary Cook of Mary Cook Associates (MCA), the interior design firm that collaborated on the model interiors for the property. "Someone who is seeking a lifestyle that is rooted in sophistication in every way. Someone who understands urban luxury living is part of who they are, a reflection of themself. Someone who tastes the difference."
Sales are underway and both in-person and virtual tours are available by appointment. The Pierce sales gallery also features a model of one of the 25th floor units, complete with a virtual view.
Floorplans at Pierce include one bedroom and dens and two bedroom and dens, with some dens measuring at over 100 square feet. Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, hand-scraped hickory flooring, oversized walk-in closets with custom shelving, and smart RFID entrance door locks. Select residences will also have direct-access elevator service, so that residents can go directly from garage parking to their individual homes.
Kitchens are chef-inspired and designed by the celebrated Italian firm Snaidero. Finishes include oversized islands, quartz countertops, built-in wine refrigerators, Thermador stainless steel appliances, energy-efficient Bosch dishwashers and custom Snaidero cabinetry. Bathrooms will have heated floors, large spa-style showers, Seura vanity lighting, and Kohler and Brizo fixtures.
Between the spacious private balconies and the 27th floor shared rooftop terrace, Pierce is an ideal place to entertain. The terrace includes a resort-style pool, an outdoor fireplace lounge, grilling stations, a private dining area and a top floor lookout space offering Pierce’s premier views of the Potomac and Downtown DC.
For indoor entertaining, the 26th floor Pierce Social Room is an expansive professionally decorated space including a bar/lounge area, several private seating areas, a catering kitchen and a sky-high balcony with some of Virginia’s most inspiring views.
Pierce amenities also include a grand marble-floored lobby, 24/7 white glove concierge services, a club room, a two-story fitness center and reserved underground garage parking (which is included in residence pricing).
Pierce's central location—in the new Highlands neighborhood—provides easy access to the Georgetown waterfront, Reagan National Airport and the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines.
Pricing at Pierce ranges from $1M to over $3M. Marketing and sales are by The Mayhood Company.
The Pierce sales gallery is located at 1525 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington. To schedule a private tour click here, email sales@pierceva.com or call 571.312.0724.
