Oasis in Fort Myers, Florida
Next Wednesday, come to a cocktail reception down at the W Hotel to learn how you could have your dream vacation home in Florida for a price you will probably never see again.
Oasis Condominium in Fort Myers is going to auction off 125 units from one of its two towers, a brand new building that has never been lived in. Local real estate research and marketing firm McWilliams|Ballard will host an informative presentation about this very attractive opportunity in DC next Wednesday to describe how the auction works. If you've ever considered a vacation home in south Florida, this event is well worth attending.
Oasis is located on the water in the revitalized River District near Fort Myers' historic downtown. Each unit has waterfront views, floor-to-ceiling windows and large private terraces. The project amenities include an on-site marina, a one-and-a-half acre waterfront pool deck with heated pools and spas, a fitness center, and a clubroom -- all of which have never been used.
Forty of the Oasis units will be sold at "absolute auction," which means bidding will start at $1 and there will be no reserve price or minimum bid. "This is a never before/never again type opportunity," said Chris Masters of McWilliams|Ballard. "The discounts that will be offered by this auction are substantial and will never be available again for a building of this caliber."
The informal presentation (cocktails included) will take place at The W Hotel next Wednesday, November 3rd, from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Note that this event is a presentation about the auction, not the auction itself, which will be held on November 20th. Representatives from McWilliams|Ballard, the auction house, and the on-site sales team will be on hand to answer questions. If you'd like to attend, please RSVP by November 1st to:
Following are more photos of Oasis. For more details about the project, including floor plans and amenities, visit the website or download the brochure.
