Rooftop Pool at Yale Steam Laundry

For a place that used to wash the White House linens, the Yale Steam Laundry looks pretty different these days. Formerly one of DC’s largest steam laundries, it is now one of Mount Vernon Square’s most unique condo developments. Home to some of the city's only true lofts, the units maintain much of the building's old industrial feel with 14 to 16-foot ceilings, over-sized windows and large open floorplans.

This coming Wednesday, prospective buyers will not only have the chance to check out the lofts, but also the development’s prized amenity: a roof deck with a stainless steel pool and sun deck. From 6 to 8pm, cocktails will be served on the roof and tours will be given of the entire development. Details below.

When: Wednesday, May 20th from 6 to 8pm
Where: Yale Steam Laundry Condos is located at 4th Street and New York Avenue NW (see map here). The development is two blocks from the Mount Vernon Square Metro stop on the Green and Yellow lines. There will also be complimentary valet parking for those who drive.
Who: You, plus other prospective home and condo buyers.
How much: It's free.
Are you coming? Please email rsvp@yalelofts.com with your name and the number of people you'll bring.
