The Darcy
Residents of The Darcy will not have to venture very far for anything.
On the corner of Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues (map), The Darcy is the latest luxury condominium developed by PN Hoffman and Stonebridge Carras. In the center of Bethesda's restaurant and retail district, The Darcy provides the ultimate lifestyle in an unparalleled location. From abundant retailers to high-end cuisine, everyday needs and casual nightlife options are all within a short distance. For those that want to get outdoors, the scenic Capital Crescent Trail is just around the corner.
The Darcy has its share of amenities for residents. The nine-story boutique condominium will have a fitness center with separate stretching/yoga room, a clubroom with media services, a residents' lounge with an espresso maker, and even a car wash bay in the residents' garage. A concierge will be on-site 24 hours a day, and a la carte services will be available to handle tasks ranging from dog walking to prescription pick-up to minor home repairs. There are also two hospitality suites for when residents have guests visit from out of town.
Living room at The Darcy
There will be 64 luxury residences at The Darcy, many of which are spacious two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. Units feature large living and bedroom spaces, walk-in closets, master baths with double vanities and separate showers and tubs. The spacious living areas will be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, connecting residents to the urban theater of Bethesda below. Open kitchens will have large islands and top-of-the-line Bosch and Thermador appliances, and little luxurious upgrades are available such as wine coolers, built-in espresso makers and warming drawers. Larger units feature terraces or balconies, with split-level penthouses providing covered terraces for dining al fresco.
The grand opening of The Darcy Sales Center will take place this Saturday and Sunday, September 17th and 18th, at 4733 Elm Street (3rd floor) in Bethesda (map). Open from 11am to 4pm, the Sales Center has a full-scale model of the project, as well as unit finishes, floor plans, and a beautiful model kitchen.
For more information, visit The Darcy's website or stop by the Sales Center this weekend.
