This Saturday October 1st, EYA will celebrate the grand opening of the Condominiums at Old Town Commons – the first new condos to open in Old Town Alexandria since 2008.

Old Town Commons is a new home community located just four blocks from the Braddock Road Metro on the Blue and Yellow lines. In keeping with the green building movement, the condominiums have been designed to LEED for Homes standards, the most comprehensive green building certification program in the country. The 44-unit boutique building will have one-bedroom, one-with-den and two-bedroom units, all of which will include garage parking with lockable storage areas.
