The very first new residential development coming to the highly-anticipated Buzzard Point neighborhood is now selling.
Peninsula 88 features 110 homes with a one-of-a-kind location steps from the river's edge and the neighborhood’s many planned shops and cafes. It is bounded by Buzzard Point Park, a designated national park, offering unobstructed views of the Anacostia River to the south and east, and Capitol views to the north.
With a March delivery date, prospective buyers can purchase homes at Peninsula 88 online with a limited time 3 percent discount, valued at up to $60,000 off. Peninsula 88 is already 30 percent sold and pricing ranges from the $500s to $1.7M.
Peninsula 88 features one bedrooms, one bedrooms plus den, and two bedroom floorplans, ranging from 700 square feet and up. All but one of the development's penthouses has already sold.
