Back in September 2012, one of the priciest homes in the DC area was on its way to auction before the process was cancelled without a reason being given. Now, that same home is headed back towards the auction block.

201 Chain Bridge Road (map), a 20,000-square foot home in Arlington assessed at $20.3 million (and listed as the region’s third most expensive home in the May 2012 issue of Washingtonian) is scheduled to be auctioned off on February 21.

The home, which was featured on a 2010 episode of MTV’s Teen Cribs and is owned by entrepreneur Rodney P. Hunt, is flush with amenities. In addition to sitting on a 2.66-acre plot of land that overlooks the Potomac, the house comes outfitted with the following:

  • A detached guest house
  • A basketball court
  • Two gyms
  • An indoor exercise pool
  • A billiards room
  • A two-lane bowling alley
  • A movie theater
  • A 15-car underground garage
  • An outdoor swimming pool
