A nine-unit condo project will be breaking ground in Kalorama in early 2013, UrbanTurf has learned.
Located at 2219 California Street NW (map), The Calistoga from developer Murillo/Malnati Group (MMg) received final approval from the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) on Thursday.
The development, which sits on the west side of Connecticut Avenue, will be comprised of a mix of one-, two-and three-bedrooms ranging in size from 900 square feet to 1,850 square feet. All of the condos will have storage spaces and parking, and many will come with balconies and/or roof decks. Pricing has yet to be finalized, and the project is estimated to deliver in early 2014.
