Baseball season has officially begun and if you’re not among those fortunate enough to snag one of a limited run of Nats tickets this season, the Ballpark District’s hottest condominium has you covered.
eNvy is located just across the street from Nationals Park in a flourishing waterfront neighborhood of restaurants, breweries, boutiques and bars. The property is across the street from Union Kitchen Grocery, Compass Coffee, Mah-Ze-Dahr Bakery, Gatsby (from Knead Hospitality & Design) and Atlas Brew Works; and will soon be neighbor to some exciting retail additions: the newly announced Silver Diner (which will feature a second floor bar terrace overlooking the park), along with Chicken+Whiskey, Kilwins and Tap99.
The 127-unit condominium is developed by Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and sold and marketed by Urban Pace. eNvy boasts some of the best views of the season and is welcoming new residents with a $5,000 closing cost incentive. Immediate move-ins are available.
While residences are selling quickly, eNvy still has a variety of homes available, including studio, one and two bedroom condos starting from the mid $400s. Remaining residences feature nine- to ten-foot ceilings, solar shades, adjustable closet systems, elegant hardwood floors by Kahrs, and full-sized appliances. Bathrooms feature illuminated mirrors, glazed porcelain shower tile and hexagon-honed ceramic floor tiling. The residences also feature smart home technology like NEST thermostats and USB outlets, and most have large walk-in closets.
eNvy residents have a full-service concierge and a fitness center designed and programmed by FX Studios. Onsite amenities also include a two-story library space, several resident lounges and a rooftop terrace featuring a kitchen with lounge seating, a dining space and a fireplace. Garage parking is available for purchase for most units.
The outdoor portion of eNvy's terrace boasts lounge seating, grills, a TV, fire pit and—the property's most singular amenity—views directly into Nats Park. These incredible amenity spaces provide ample space to stretch out and enjoy some fresh air. Personal storage, bike storage and underground garage parking are all available at an additional cost.
The property is also within short walking distance to The Salt Line, Dacha Beer Garden, Bluejacket and Osteria Morini.
Curated virtual or in-person tours of eNvy's gorgeous models and amenity spaces are available today. Sales are being handled by Urban Pace and to schedule your virtual tour or one-on-one in person appointment, visit eNvy online here, call 202.315.5426, or email eNvy@urbanpace.com.
