Homes around Logan Circle By NCinDC
The 31st Annual Logan Circle Holiday House Tour takes place this Sunday (12/6) from 1pm to 5pm. The homes featured on this year’s self-guided tour are a mix of the historical homes for which Logan Circle became famous and the modern properties that started sprouting up a couple decades ago.
Among the homes featured on this year’s tour are a condo in the Icon development owned by an interior designer (and a contestant on Bravo’s Top Design), the former Louise Hand Laundry building on 12th Street and an 1887 Victorian home that has been converted into a bed and breakfast.
Tickets for the tour are $20 (all proceeds go to the Logan Circle Community Association) and can be purchased in advance here or on Sunday at the Studio Theatre located at 14th and P Streets NW. For additional information, call (202) 232-8422.
We will be on the tour and hope to see you there!
