Under Armour co-founder Kevin Plank's Georgetown home has re-entered the market.

The 12,000 square-foot residence at 1405 34th Street NW is now privately listed for $24.5 million with Michael Rankin of TTR Sotheby's International Realty and Lydia Travelstead of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. It was previously on the market earlier this year.

Renovated in 2015, the seven-bedroom home built in 1810 has a range of interesting features, from the $1 million staircase constructed of the same marble used for the Jefferson Memorial to a whiskey cellar that features Sagamore Spirit rye from the Baltimore distillery that Plank started in 2017.

“Mr. Plank found that his family was not using the property, which was never their primary residence, as much as he had anticipated," family representative Tom Geddes wrote to UrbanTurf. "The extensive renovation by Baltimore-based designer Patrick Sutton and Annapolis-based Pyramid Builders was spectacular, and we are sure that it will be a terrific home for the next owner to enjoy.”
