John F. Kennedy’s former weekend retreat just entered the market at $10,995,000.
The 5,050-square-foot house, dubbed “Wexford,” sits on a private 166-acre lot in Marshall, VA, about an hour from DC. The fenced-in grounds also include a pond, tennis court, swimming pool and views of the mountains.
According to Redfin, Jackie designed Wexford, which was built in 1963… just months before JFK’s assassination. The property was intended to be a weekend retreat for the First Family, but they were able to use it only twice before the tragedy. Unfortunately, the listing lacks interior shots, so only “qualified buyers” will be able to visit the site and get a good look at Jackie’s tastes.
Check out the listing here.
