Emblem at Barracks Row bridges the historic Barracks Row neighborhood with the neighboring Navy Yard as a standout addition to the city’s oldest commercial district. The residences sit atop first floor retail spaces, with target vendors including coffee shops, boutique fitness studios and the like.
The remaining one-bedroom, 1.5-bath penthouse measures out at over 900 square feet and has flex loft space as part of its floorplan. The penthouse includes panoramic views of the city’s skyline on both levels and is priced at $694,900.
The other penthouse includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a main-level den, and has features including a built-in kitchen island and walk-in closet. At nearly 1,300 square feet, the unit boasts terrace views of the Washington Monument and Capitol Building, and is priced at $919,900.
Finishes for both penthouses include modern kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows, Quartz countertops, Bosch appliances (including a washer/dryer) and wide-plank flooring throughout. Emblem has a package concierge and bike storage, and parking is available for purchase.
Barracks Row is a bustling commercial strip in the heart of Capitol Hill. Local restaurants include Medium Rare, Ted’s Bulletin and award-winning sister restaurants Rose’s Luxury and Pineapple & Pearls.
