"If I Had $3 Million" Listing: Figure 1

This week’s “If I Had $3 Million” listing is a five-bedroom, five-bath contemporary home in Forest Hills, a quiet and secluded neighborhood off Connecticut Avenue that borders Rock Creek Park. The home is built into a hillside, which means that every floor has fairly amazing views. Aside from the fact that this home has so many rooms that it seems you could get lost (there are three living rooms), it looks like a very livable home, which unfortunately you don’t always get with a listing priced this high.
