In the meantime, parties doing projects in historic districts can still submit concepts or applications for review by Historic Preservation Office staff. While some may be able to secure staff approval, this process still rules out most large projects.
Any HPRB hearings scheduled through April 26th are tentatively going to be heard on April 30th, although that will depend on the status of operations at that time. The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs has also suspended in-person services until April 27th; online reviews are being held for projects up to 1,000 square feet.
