Two adjacent upper NW DC neighborhoods are seeing homes sell at the quickest pace so far in 2023. Listings in AU Park and Spring Valley are spending less than a week on the market on the market on median. Chevy Chase, Woodley Park and Palisades are also seeing homes sell fairly quickly.
While the homes in the northwest quadrant of the city are moving quickly, it is a bit of different story on the other side of DC. Homes in places like the H Street Corridor, Trinidad and Brookland are sitting on the market much longer this year than last.
