Guess the Price: The Earthquake Edition

In honor of the little rumbling that the DC area experienced this morning, we are bringing back our popular price-guessing game for homes in other metropolitan areas by heading out to the fault-line laden city of San Francisco. (UrbanTurf representatives are currently out in S.F. for both business and pleasure, so featuring a home there is appropriate for that reason as well.)
In this installment, we ask you to give us the price of a five-bedroom home near the Golden Gate Heights neighborhood.

The home measures out at almost 3,600 square feet, and was actually moved to its current location from The Presidio in the early part of the 20th century and completely renovated at the beginning of this year. Interesting historical tidbit: a famous naval officer of the mid-19th century once lived in the home. Since San Francisco is one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country, we warn you that any guess below $1.4 million is just silly.

Post your guesses in the comments section below. The person with the most accurate guess will win their very own UrbanTurf t-shirt!

Printed on a comfortable Alternative Apparel t-shirt, this is the perfect way to show love for your favorite website. Guess away!
