Just four elevator townhomes remain at Madison Homes The Townes at Grosvenor Place, a new luxury community in an ultra-convenient North Bethesda location.
The development’s last four homes are expected to sell quickly, and The Townes at Grosvenor Place is currently offering two incentives: $60,000 toward closing costs with a preferred lender and title company, and a 3% realtor commission.
The homes are available to tour by appointment on Monday through Friday, and open houses are held every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4pm. For more information, contact Urban Pace’s Leslie Fitzpatrick at Leslie.Fitzpatrick@urbanpace.com or 240-285-2338.
Spacious and incredibly well-designed, the townhomes have brick exteriors and oversized windows that create sun-drenched interiors. The listings are four stories, include elevators and rooftop terraces, boast either three or four bedrooms and four full baths, and they all are fronted by a charming pocket park.
Finishes include wide-plank hardwood floors, hardwood stairs, quartz countertops, nine-foot ceilings on all levels and recessed lighting throughout. Designer kitchens feature stainless steel Bosch or Thermador appliances and under-cabinet lighting. Each home also boasts a two-car garage.
The homes range in size from 2,490 to 2,700 square feet, and pricing ranges from $1.25M to $1.45M with HOA fees at just $165 per month.
The Townes at Grosvenor Place is central to some of the area’s best amenities. It is located directly across from the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station on the Red Line and is moments from Rock Creek Park, 355, I-270 and I-495, connecting residents to downtown Bethesda, DC, Rockville, Northern Virginia and beyond. The community's North Bethesda location also means easy access to destinations like Pike & Rose, Wildwood Shopping Center and the beloved Grosvenor Market.
