From Trinidad to West End, A Look at Condo and Co-op Prices Around DC
Today, UrbanTurf is taking a look at condo and co-op prices around DC.
While the median sales price for a condo and co-op fell just slightly between April 2022 ($520,000) and April 2023 ($516,500), prices varied pretty widely for this property type in neighborhoods around the city. Of the 12 neighborhoods that UrbanTurf and Bright MLS looked at for this article, the median price fluctuations were fairly notable from one area to the next.

Unsurprisingly, DC's West End neighborhood has the highest median condo price in the city, however it should be noted that a handful of multi-million dollar sales this year pushed the price up. Logan Circle also falls into this category, although paying $900,000 for a condo or co-op in this neighborhood along 14th Street is fairly standard these days. LeDroit Park, Georgetown and U Street Corridor all have new condo product which explains the prices around $700,000.
