From One Home to 9 Apartments Along Brookland's Main Drag

Another missing middle development has been proposed along Brookland's main throughfare.
Plans were recently filed with DC's Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) for a new 9-unit residential development at the site of a single-family home at 3319 12th Street NE (map). To make way for the new development, the home on-site will be razed. The new project will largely consist of one one- and two-bedroom units.
