In Kensington Heights, Maryland, where new and modern homes are few and far between, builder Robert Conner Homes and Sterling Mehring are introducing the K-Town Twins: two newly built, detached single-family homes abutting Kensington Heights Park (map).
While nearby Bethesda is ranked among the most expensive neighborhoods in the country, the K-Town Twins are sized and finished like Bethesda homes but are priced competitively in the upper $700s and mid $800s.

The second and yet-to-be-completed K-Town Twins home will deliver during the first week of October, which means the buyer will have a unique opportunity to make a variety of design decisions -- from finishes to appliances to colors -- before interiors are finalized. This home includes four bedrooms and three and a half baths and is priced at $799,000.
The K-Town Twins both boast expansive, flat backyards (a rarity in the neighborhood) and back decks, as well as covered front porches.
