With the spring housing market in full swing, UrbanTurf continues its annual look at the neighborhood markets around the DC region. Today, we head to Logan Circle.
Unlike other neighborhood markets around the DC region, Logan Circle has not seen home sales drop off a cliff this year. Sales are down by about 10%, but the market remains fairly brisk with more than a third of sales happening in ten days or less. Prices are up for townhouses and down slightly for condos and co-ops, and the number of new listings to come online has been minimal so far this year.
Below, we picked out some statistics for the neighborhood that are illustrative of what is happening.
