In this installment of Deal of the Week, we venture up to Chevy Chase DC to look at the least expensive three-bedroom in 20015.

The 2,390-square foot home is on the market for $689,000, an affordable price for a house of this size in one of DC’s more desirable neighborhoods. Perhaps the relatively low price is due to the home’s lack of turnover: it has been in the same family for 60 years. The small lot and limited green space may also be factors.
