This installment of Deal of the Week needs a bit of work, but the potential for a beautiful end result may make it all worthwhile.

Rough floors, chipped paint and general griminess may deter some potential buyers from this home. The dingy home is being sold as-is, and will likely require several months (and many dollars) of investment to shine.

However, this seven-bedroom, four-story Victorian has the potential to be quite stunning. Bay windows and multiple fireplaces are just asking to be spruced up.
