The U Street Corridor's $3 Million View

A home has hit the market just north of U Street NW setting a new bar for home prices in the neighborhood while offering one of the best views in the city.
The three-bedroom penthouse at 1454 Belmont Street NW (map) spreads out over just north of 2,600 square feet. In addition to a large roof deck, the home also comes with a private lap pool.
However, the main draw of the unit may be the sweeping downtown views from the condo’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Having been to an event at this home, UrbanTurf can vouch for the stunning scenery. (The building where the unit is located sits at one of the highest points looking out on downtown.)
All this luxury comes at a price, though. The $3 million unit is one of the highest priced condos we have ever seen listed in this area. More details, courtesy of Coldwell Banker, can be found here and more photos are below.
