For months following the announcement that Amazon's second headquarters was on its way, the effects could be seen in the Arlington housing market. Now, that effect appears to be waning.

- $590,000 -- The median home price in September, up 13 percent year-over-year.
- $1.09 million -- The average price for a detached home in September.
- 8.7% -- The percentage drop in closed sales in September, the largest drop for a local jurisdiction.
- 51% -- The percentage drop in active inventory between September 2018 and September 2019.
- 1.15 -- The monthly supply of homes for sale on the market. This is the highest level since November 2018.
- 0.96 -- The number of contracts per active listing in September, the second month in a row that this ratio has dropped below 1.0.
