Arlington resident Sean Hackbarth recently took animation of the visual growth of Capitol Hill over 220 years, created by the Architect of the Capitol office, and provided it with a Game of Thrones soundtrack using YouTube Doubler. The result, as seen above, is pretty cool.
The animation follows the construction of buildings on Capitol Hill from the U.S. Capitol in 1793 atop Jenkins’ Hill to the Capitol Visitor Center, which was completed in 2008.
