Marble tiling, custom cherry cabinetry, soft-close drawers, natural stone countertops and designer fixtures are included throughout. Parking is available onsite for an additional price.

13th Street Flats is located close to the heart of Columbia Heights, equidistant from both the Columbia Heights and Petworth Metro stations, and close to a host of restaurants, bars and shops. Within walking distance are Target, Starbucks and Washington Sports Club, as well as popular neighborhood haunts like Meridian Pint, The Coupe and El Chucho.
