UrbanTurf christened this house one our favorite of the year back in 2010. At the time, the hidden gem on 12th Place sold for $22,000 above the asking price of $485,000; six years later, it’s on the market for nearly $200,000 more. A brick fireplace in the living room gives way to an exposed brick wall that continues through to the painted dining nook. The master bedroom also has an exposed brick wall and a loft-like storage area. However, the second bedroom is a stand-out, playing with space with its window cut-outs and attached office area. And, of course, the exterior of the home is still bright yellow.
