With 73 innovative residences, sophisticated building design, white glove services, and elegant social spaces, MUSE in Old Town North is truly a one-of-a-kind living experience. That's why the sales preview events coming up next week are a must-attend.
On September 14th-16th, brokers and real estate agents are cordially invited to attend a private three-day sales preview at the MUSE sales gallery at 1199 North Fairfax Street (map) in Alexandria. With one-on-one tours from 11am to 5pm, attendees will be able to see exclusive renderings, floor plans, scale model, sample kitchen and experience MUSE's sweeping city and water views.
The opportunities to see MUSE up close and personal don't end there.
The first preview opportunities for prospective buyers are also anticipated for the upcoming week. This will be the public's first chance to meet one-on-one with a sales manager, learn about the wide range of luxury amenities and features, view floorplans, examine the building scale model, and peruse the partial model home.
To RSVP for the sales preview events, brokers and prospective homebuyers are invited to register online at www.museoldtown.com and send an email to sales@museoldtown.com with a requested tour time.
MUSE is located five miles from Washington D.C., one stoplight from National Airport, and adjacent to the Mount Vernon Trail. The new luxury development is surrounded by sparkling Potomac River views, landscaped parks, and a variety of popular restaurants, retail, and cultural destinations.
Prospective buyers will be able to receive information on the 29 different floor plans offered at the sales events next week. Layouts range from spacious one bedroom with dens (approx. 900 square feet) up to a three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse (approx. 2,900 square feet). Select residences offer private balconies or terraces, with sweeping views of the Old Town skyline or the Potomac River.
The gourmet kitchens at MUSE feature Snaidero flat-panel wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, Brizo pull-down faucets, and top-of-the-line concealed panel appliances from Bosch and Thermador equipped with WiFi-integration.
The spa-like bathrooms at MUSE come complete with Waterworks fixtures, quartz countertops, oversized vanities with backlit mirrors, showers with built-in seats, Kohler alcove tubs, and large format porcelain tile.
MUSE also will offer a 24/7 white glove concierge, full-time maintenance and management on site, an indoor and outdoor fitness center and a rooftop club room with water views, a pet spa, access to jewelry and printmaking studios at the Art League on the first floor, and a paved arts walk promenade. On-site parking and private storage will be available to all residents.
The art-inspired luxury homes at MUSE will deliver in the second half of 2021, with pricing from $800,000 to $2.8M.
If you would like to attend either of the sales preview events next week, September 14th-16th (for brokers and agents) or on September 17th (for prospective homebuyers), simply RSVP by registering at www.museoldtown.com and emailing sales@museoldtown.com.
