Hill East continues to fill in.
UrbanTurf has learned of a six-unit condo project going up at 732 15th Street SE (map), nearly adjacent to the 41-unit project we reported on earlier this week.
The project will have four one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom duplexes with private rooftop areas. Gary Cohen of project developer Willco Residential told UrbanTurf that the condos will have a “very lofty feel,” with ceilings heights of 12 to 24 feet. The project was designed by PGN Architects, and sales will be handled by Urban Pace.
Willco is currently acquiring permits, and hopes to break ground in January with units delivering in the late summer/early fall of 2014.
