When we wrote about this three-bedroom condo just past Meridian Hill Park, we indicated that it looked like a deal, and someone agreed as it went under contract in just six days. The home has tall ceilings and an open floorplan on the first level, allowing windows and glass doors to light up the entire floor. It sold for $36,000 above its original list price.
