$150,000 Premium For a Mid-Century Modern Next to American University
Located on a lot next to American University, this mid-century modern home that we recently featured in Best New Listings found a buyer in under a week, and recently sold for well above its initial asking price. With the exception of a few updates for modern conveniences, the design and finishes haven't been touched in many decades - and still exude a classic feel. UrbanTurf's favorite feature of the home is the library, with floor-to-ceiling shelving, backed by wood panels. The bedrooms are all fairly spacious and the primary suite includes two closets and an en-suite bathroom with colorful tiles.
