A housing community in New York State is offering something a little different than the average prefabricated houses.
The homes at Hudson Woods in Kerhonkson, NY, about 100 miles outside the city, are bright, airy and modern. The standard floorplan has a 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout wit a separate garage; each home sits on a multi-acre lot.
Standard homes on the smallest lots start at $735,000. Ultra-luxury add-ons and a list of a la carte services the community’s property management can provide residents — including everything from beekeeping to personal training — are extra.
Six homes are currently available for sale, according to the community’s web site; 14 other sites have yet to be released. An additional six sites have been sold or have sales pending.
