A Look at the DC Area's Most Expensive Penthouse

Renderings have been made available to UrbanTurf of the Bethesda penthouse that will boast a $10.5 million price tag, making it the most expensive condo unit to ever hit the market in the DC region.
Residence 703 will be located at The Lauren, a 40-unit ultra-luxury condo building under construction at 4934 Hampden Lane (map) The property is being developed by 1788 Holdings and partner Persimmon Capital Partners, and is being sold by TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

The three-bedroom penthouse spreads out over 7,300 square feet and includes a 1,500 square-foot terrace, as well as a formal dining room, a 100-bottle wine fridge and direct elevator access. The eventual buyer will be able to work with building designer Jeff Akseizer and architect Robert Swedroe on any tweaks that they would like made to the unit.
The Lauren is scheduled for completion in 2016. Additional renderings of the penthouse below.
