A Rosslyn Mall Renovation Will Include a Food Hall

Another food hall is on the boards for Northern Virginia.
American Real Estate Partners (AREP) announced Tuesday that construction will begin this month on the renovation of Rosslyn City Center, the former Rosslyn Metro Center at 1700 N. Moore Street.

Part of the renovation of the 40-year-old mall will be the creation of a 20,000 square-foot food hall operated by Oz Rey that will include a dozen food stalls and two lounges that extend onto an outdoor terrace. There will be an app, so that diners can order from different stalls and have just one check.
"The food hall will feature emerging chefs and local cuisine for a uniquely curated experience,” said David Goronkin, president of Oz Rey.
The hall is expected to deliver in the third quarter of 2020.
