After a few rounds of design revisions, the proposed development for the parking lot at Georgetown institution W. T. Weaver and Sons has a new look.
W. T. Weaver and Sons and developer McCaffery Interests are seeking conceptual design review to deliver a five-story, 45-unit development at 3220 Prospect Street NW (map). The previously-proposed 4,900 square feet of ground-floor commercial space has been nixed in favor of all-residential.

Hickok Cole Architects is the designer. The Old Georgetown Board reconsidered the design yesterday. Additional renderings are below.
