Crystal Towers III would consist of two infill buildings -- a ten-story building with penthouse that would have approximately 209 units, and a one-story retail structure. The residential building will replace a surface parking lot between the Crystal Flats and existing Crystal Towers building. The retail building will replace a parking lot to the north of this site. The architect for the project is BXV Group.
The new buildings are just the latest additions to the pipeline of new development planned in the National Landing area, where 1,500 units are expected to deliver in the next two years.
