"The proposed development is the first office-to-residential conversion in Arlington County since the County launched the Commercial Market Resiliency Initiative," a site plan application stated. "The Application aims to revitalize the property by demolishing an obsolete office building and constructing a high-quality residential project with street-level retail."
UrbanTurf will provide updates on this new development as more details become available.
