Rendering of 2910 Georgia Avenue NW
Sales will begin next month on a new 22-unit condo development at 2910 Georgia Avenue NW (map) with delivery expected this summer, UrbanTurf has learned.
The four-story project is the product of Linde Development, a firm that has built a number of residential projects in the DC area over the years including The Montgomery at Logan Circle and 3131 Clarendon. Firm principal Art Linde purchased the land at 2910 Georgia Avenue NW back in late 2009.
The one and two-bedroom units at the new project will range in price from the low $200,000s to the high $300,000s and run from 550 to 1,000 square feet. Parking spaces will be provided for 50 percent of the units and the exterior will be red brick to mesh with the other buildings on the block. There will also be a roof deck with views of the Basilica at Catholic University.
